By using our website, you agree to the terms and conditions provided hereafter and in the owners manual for our products.


We stock a lot of products, but most of our engines and accessories are hand made to order. So please contact us, before you place an order where the time line is critical. Sometimes our shop is closed due to project work. This is displayed on the website. We still ship urgent spareparts to our customers. Please contact us on info(at)all4solar.com.au


We sell high quality and tested products either manufactured by us, our partners or reliable suppliers. Still there is the possiblity, that a product does not satisfy our customers. You can return these items if they are unused, in original packaging and complete within a period of 30 days via prepaid freight. We will credit the paid amount less freight & packaging costs and a restocking fee of 15% of the product value. Products manufactured on order (engines etc.) cannot be returned as well as batteries, electronic components and used products or special offers.


For most products we grant a 12 months warranty period (for engines see separate conditions in the owner’s manual) for technical defects under normal use according to the operating instructions. These items need to be returned by prepaid freight accompanied with the information about the defect.


Sales of goods and services within Australia are subject to 10% GST. The GST is included in our prices. International customers need to contact info@all4solar.ch for GST free export conditions.


We ship products by Post, TNT or TOLL within Australia. The shipping rates are calculated per kg weight and are charged when you finish your purchase. Please contact us for special rates for larger orders.
